Description | made it so that, instead of requiring either one point of spatiomancy or one point of telesma to activate, celetial weapons require that your spatiomancy + telesma + 50% chronomancy + 20% telesmatic weapon be 40 or higher |

Result | celestial weapons are less "wacky skill reqs to be almost traveler-only in a weird way" and more "there is a certain level of capability in certain areas that you need to reach in order to do this" |
