Description | Changed the way carousing's intoxication and social-gathering keyed effects work from affecting HP/SP/END recovery rates to generating hedonic energy. Basically, if you are intoxicated, not resting, and not in combat, your effective carousing skill, and that of all present who also meet these conditions (now INCLUDING autonomoi, with an extra bonus for other incarnoi) contributes to generating hedonic energy for you. Being in a tavern greatly amplifies this effect. |
