Description Reimplemented combat meditation so that 1) for most purposes other than endurance cost, it starts off performing worse than balanced mode at low skill levels and becomes better at higher skill levels, 2) the combat meditation trance is implemented as a process (like resting or spellcasting) that can be interrupted by a wide variety of effects, including taking activity-consuming actions that aren't automatically executed by the combat system, with your ability to maintain the trance despite distractions being determined by the usual mechanics for resisting process interruption (i.e. mostly a matter of your concentration skill, with tenacity and discipline contributing).
