| Description | Made the display of the message about 'you urge your mount (direction) but it doesn't seem to respond' smarter, so that it should hopefully only display when something is really interfering with the movement rather than the mount being out of activity. Gave standard riding horses some running skill. Made running skill matter more for purposes of movement speed. |
