| Description | wand fire wandslinger maneuver will now only select one wand at most, even when used manually -- you can still target more than one wand and it will select randomly (as this is useful behavior for players in some cases). wand fire volley still works with multiple wands, but it's now 250 spirit per wand, up from 100. the hrit empathic bonds charge now (a) charges your wands less, and *much* less when they already have charges, and (b) now drains your anahata or ka chakra *much* less. so you can and need to use hrit much more frequently to keep your wand charges up. |
