Description attempting to cast a spell using the new spellcasting system now properly checks for the presence of anti-magick effects (in other words, uses the Magick_Required condition to evaluate whether magick is currently possible for the caster).
Reason people could cast spells in antimagick fields
Result people can no longer cast or continue casting spells in antimagick fields
