| Description | Made it so that all XP awards subtract the recipient's level. So if an event previously gave you 50 XP, and you're level 45, it will now give you 5 XP. If it previously gave you 20000 XP, and you're level 45, it now gives you 19955 XP. |
| Reason | Hopefully obvious. Probably one step in an ongoing saga. |
| Result | Legends can no longer advance by killing five billion rats; reduced motivation for higher-level players to clean out unchallenging areas. |
