| Description | Switched the standard lib English-list-clause generation mechanism to using the serial comma (aka the Oxford comma). |
| Reason | I was convinced of the value of the serial comma by this apocryphal book dedication which does not use the serial comma: "Dedicated to my parents, Ayn Rand and God." Clearly, the absence of the serial comma may lead to factual errors. |
