Description ambulation (moving from room to room) tentatively removed from combat med interrupts
Reason (1) there are many cases where it doesn't necessarily make sense (e.g. moving from room to room while in combat, or quickly between combats, where you'd still be in a combat-meditative state) (2) for cmed-heavy characters it makes the beginning of every single fight much more dangerous in a way that doesn't make much sense (3) most cases of the reasonable purpose of this interrupt, which is protracted ambulation without combat, are covered by the other interrupts (e.g. activity)
Result with some effort, you can maintain combat med across ambulation, allowing you to continue fighting your way through an area or whatever
