Description Radically altered the way slow works in a way that basically changes it from having literally no effect if you have very high speed to being extremely serious business. (Basically, if an effect would slow you down 50% at 20 speed, it also slows you down 50% at 80 speed, instead of slowing you down 0-1% as was previously the case at 80 speed.)
