Description | Made it so that the daemon that handles populating NPCs into areas knows how to switch behavior from an initial mode, suitable for MUD boot, where it's willing to lag the hell out of the MUD in order to populate areas quickly, to a subsequent mode (which it enters once it has ever successfully finished all its jobs) where it has a very strict limit on how much impact it will allow itself to have on performance. |
Reason | Working smarter not harder. |
Result | Don't have to try to pick a single number that works for two very different situations; can have a different one for each. As a result, hopefully NPCs load into the MUD faster after boot, and we have less lag once that's over with. |
Version | lib revision incremented to Ain Soph 2.3.339 |
