Description | Made it so that the standardized effects on attribute and skill ratings for "active" use that are defined for the mental energies (emotive, intellectual, algetic, hedonic, phobic, agonistic, creative) are enabled for combat ratings. |

Result | Your combat ratings can be affected by your mental energies (as can your opponents'). Both positive and negative modifiers are possible, and these may be based on the energy being present or on it being depleted. Different skills and attributes are affected very differently by different energies; for instance, agonistic energy contributes positively to ratings based on strength but negatively to ratings based on dexterity. |
