Description | Special attacks used to not start combat if they missed or caused no damage. ("Special attack" refers to a specific technical concept and I can't really tell you which of your abilities this means, except that if it didn't start combat if you missed or caused no damage with it, it might be one.) Now they will always start combat unless the developer working on them sets a particular behavioral flag. |
