Description | Modified Traveler scaled obstacles (skill and attribute modifiers) recalculate 1) after login 2) every hour or so 3) after revival from death. |
Reason | Trying to fulfill the intent of the whole scaled thing. |
Result | Hopefully, it will no longer be the case where you get a frailty obstacle, and it gives you -90% of your regeneration skill as a penalty, then you die and your buffs wear off or whatever, and now your regeneration skill is much lower, but the penalty isn't recalculated so now you're at negative regeneration skill and regenerating a negative amount of HP every heal. |
