| Description | the previous skill settings used half enochian, half vocalization for it's ratings. This caused players who spoke fluent enochian to not get decent to high incantation step performance, the new formula is 3 parts enochian, 1 part vocalization. |
| Reason | people had terrible incantation performances with a hefty amounts of language skill, didn't seem right. |
